Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Automated ERP Service LLC, doing business as MANNAH ("MANNAH," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use MANNAH.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mannah.online of any unauthorized use.

3. Not financial, tax, or legal advice

MANNAH is an educational and faith-based coaching tool. We are not a bank, registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, certified financial planner, CPA, or attorney. Content (including AI Coach responses, devotionals, articles, and calculators) is for general informational and spiritual encouragement purposes only and is not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult a qualified licensed professional for advice on your specific situation. You alone are responsible for your financial decisions.

4. AI Coach disclaimer

The AI Coach is a software tool that generates responses using third-party large language models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Scripture references are provided for encouragement; verify them against your trusted Bible translation. Do not rely on AI Coach output as the sole basis for any financial or life decision.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize MANNAH and our payment processor to charge the recurring fee disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or hateful purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or training data.
• Bypass security, rate limits, or authentication.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, devotional content, and trademarks, is owned by MANNAH or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us a license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MANNAH disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MANNAH and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim and (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MANNAH harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration clause below, you agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Binding arbitration & class-action waiver

Except for small-claims matters and intellectual-property disputes, any dispute between you and MANNAH shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, seated in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You and MANNAH each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@mannah.online with your name, account email, and the statement "I opt out of the arbitration agreement."

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
