Security

Your trust is sacred. Automated ERP Service LLC d/b/a MANNAH treats your financial and personal data with the protections it deserves. Here is how.

Encryption

• TLS 1.2+ for all data in transit.
• AES-256 encryption at rest for the database and backups.
• Passwords hashed with bcrypt by our authentication provider — we never see your password.

Access controls

• Row-Level Security on every user-owned table — your data is only accessible by you.
• Role-based admin access, granted on a least-privilege basis.
• Audit logging of security-sensitive events (sign-in, exports, deletions, role changes).

No bank-account linking

MANNAH does not connect to your bank accounts. All financial figures are entered manually by you, which dramatically reduces the data exposure surface.

Subprocessors

We use vetted infrastructure and AI providers under data-protection agreements. A current list is available on request to privacy@mannah.online.

Incident response

We monitor for unauthorized access. If a security incident affects your personal data, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law (e.g., 72 hours under GDPR).

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email security@mannah.online. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will acknowledge your report within 5 business days.
