MANNAH ("we," "our," "us") is a faith-based personal finance application operated by Automated ERP Service LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as MANNAH. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the MANNAH website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

MANNAH is a faith-based personal-finance education and coaching tool operated by Automated ERP Service LLC d/b/a MANNAH, a Florida limited liability company located at 66 W Flagler Street, Suite 900, PMB 12512, Miami, FL 33130. For privacy questions, contact privacy@mannah.online.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the Service:

• Account information — name, email, password (hashed), language preference.
• Profile & onboarding data — denomination (optional), tithing belief, marital status, age, dependents, top financial stress, coach personality preference.
• Financial information you enter — monthly income, savings, debts, transactions, budgets, giving records, affordability plans. We do not connect to your bank account; you enter this data manually.
• Coach conversations — the messages you exchange with the AI Coach.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, timestamps, error logs.

3. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, and improve the Service.
• Generate AI Coach responses tailored to your stewardship season.
• Send transactional emails (account, security, billing).
• Send daily devotionals and product communications you have opted into.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies, certain personalization), and legal obligation.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers — hosting, database, AI model providers, email delivery, payment processing — bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
• Business transfers — if MANNAH is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to you.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and associated data (see Section 8).
• Export your data in a machine-readable format.
• Opt out of marketing emails and non-essential cookies.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or "share" (as defined by the CPRA) personal information.

7. Children

MANNAH is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data retention & deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you request deletion, we soft-delete your account and permanently erase your data after a 30-day grace period (during which you can cancel the deletion). We may retain limited records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Read more on our Security page.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate, under appropriate safeguards.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
